Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Execute project/improvement plans for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, quality programs, and new product support.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high volume 200mm wafer fab running Analog Technologies.
  • •Identify systematic issues in process or equipment sources and communicate findings for continuous improvement; support ramp with equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs); participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of relevant experience as a Process Engineer.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
