Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic and operational initiatives across OpenAI’s customer support/user operations landscape.
  • •Collaborate with leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new initiatives ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • •Create program structures that enable progress and execution in chaotic environments.
  • •Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to address operational challenges and growth opportunities, such as automation and self-service enhancements.
  • •Deep-dive into drivers of support operations to find optimization and innovation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, venture capital, private equity, or consulting within a technical environment.
  • •Experience identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing strategic and operational initiatives with cross-functional leaders.
  • •Track record of taking end-to-end ownership of large, ambiguous problems and turning them into actionable plans.
  • •Strong analytical skills with data modeling and operational forecasting to drive insights and decision-making.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels; passion for technology, AI, and customer service.
