Key Responsibilities

•Enhance electrical engineering skills by testing and debugging digital, analog, and RF hardware and complex circuit card assemblies.
•Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to document concurrence and resolve production, testing, and integration issues.
•Travel less than 10% annually; work the 1st shift.
•Provide technical oversight, direction, cost estimation, tracking and reporting, and coordination of activities across the team.
•Participate in design and production support for CCA, EO, RF, Seeker/Sensor, or electronic subsystems, including test equipment and test automation scripting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
•Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing
•Familiarity with laboratory equipment including waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and/or network analyzers
•U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain interim DoD security clearance required; active DoD Secret clearance preferred
•Self-starter who can work independently and provide technical oversight, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, and coordination
