Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate client credit and risk policies (e.g., scorecards, decision trees, eligibility rules) into structured Konan configurations.
  • •Validate policy implementations with the Senior Risk Analysis SME to ensure they reflect client intent and perform under test scenarios.
  • •Maintain version-controlled documentation for policy configurations, changes, and rationale across client implementations.
  • •Support delivery coordination by maintaining project trackers, preparing meeting materials, managing action items, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • •Collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to align Konan implementations with client expectations and communicate implications to technical and business audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •0–2 years of professional experience in an analytical or client-facing role, such as internships, graduate programs, or early-career positions.
  • •A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative/analytical discipline (preferred).
  • •Any exposure to banking, lending, credit, or risk, including academic or internship experience.
  • •Strong analytical and logical thinking—able to break down dense, rule-based documents into implementable components.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and strong professional communication in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
