Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Conceptualize, design, prototype and deploy robotics and automation solutions; leverage digital manufacturing technologies to drive continuous improvement with Lean Manufacturing principles alongside cross-functional teams
•Manage external vendors and partners to source, develop, and fabricate automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing production machines and systems
•Support the development and maintenance of simulation environments to model shop floor scenarios for testing and validation
•Participate in PoC and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
•Support additive manufacturing activities in the Fab Lab, including 3D printing (FDM) and 3-axis CNC for prototyping/parts creation; collaborate with software teams to advance real-time machine connectivity

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline; robotics specialization is an advantage
•Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of relevant experience in highly automated manufacturing environments
•Experience with AMRs and cobots and integrating these technologies into real-world production use cases
•Experience with simulation platforms like RoboDK and Gazebo, plus CAD modelling (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks)
•Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting; willingness to learn new digital manufacturing technologies
