Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the client journey from legacy system to go-live, including expectation setting, system training, and running initial payrolls.
  • •Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot client master data from various formats (text, CSV) to ensure accurate system setup.
  • •Partner with internal technical teams to resolve setup discrepancies and mitigate deployment risks.
  • •Conduct gap analyses between old and new systems to advise on workflow changes before handoff to the ongoing service team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of payroll processing, tax, or benefits administration experience.
  • •Prior experience in software implementations or system conversions is highly preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with an analytical mindset.
  • •Comfortable typing at least 35 WPM.
