Own and continually improve strategic FP&A processes by updating weekly/monthly financial models with actual performance, validating accuracy, and delivering actionable insights for leadership. Serve as a finance business partner by running monthly business reviews, reviewing GL-driven performance, maintaining daily P&L reporting, and performing scenario and sensitivity analyses. Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align assumptions and reporting with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Automate and own weekly and monthly financial model updates using actual performance data, ensuring accuracy and delivering actionable insights.
•Lead monthly business reviews, analyze operational and financial performance, and ensure accuracy of General Ledger (GL) activity.
•Review and validate monthly performance reporting to identify trends, risks, variances, and improvement opportunities.
•Maintain and enhance daily Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting to provide real-time business visibility.
•Perform ad hoc scenario and sensitivity analyses and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning through detailed modeling and variance analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140 - 200

Schedule:4-Day Week

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
•6+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
•Previous experience in an eCommerce or technology-driven company.
•Solid managerial-level experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
•Proficiency with Excel, financial planning software, and data visualization tools; strong communication with cross-functional partners.
