Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, hire, and develop a high-agency infrastructure team in Bengaluru with a culture of accountability and technical excellence.
  • •Own delivery for core infrastructure investments spanning cloud infrastructure, observability, container orchestration, reliability, and platform foundations.
  • •Guide technical strategy across multi-cloud infrastructure, including Azure- and GCP-based systems, Kubernetes, networking, container management, and infrastructure as code.
  • •Drive operational excellence with observability, incident response, disaster recovery, runbooks, alerting, and recovery tooling.
  • •Contribute hands-on as a technical leader for architecture reviews, incident leadership, prioritization, and high-stakes cross-functional programs.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of engineering management experience and 10+ years of hands-on infrastructure or platform engineering experience in production environments.
  • •Deep technical strength across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, observability, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • •Track record designing and scaling reliable distributed systems with judgment around performance, fault tolerance, and operational tradeoffs.
  • •Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and translating ambiguous platform needs into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.
  • •Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching, creating accountability, and building a healthy, high-performing team culture.
