Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable data flow for analytics and insights.
  • •Design and implement data models and transformations to support reporting and downstream analytics.
  • •Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and engineers to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • •Implement data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring to maintain accuracy and reliability.
  • •Identify and address performance issues in pipelines and data storage; propose and implement optimizations while adhering to security and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in data engineering or backend development, building production-grade data pipelines.
  • •2-3+ years working with AWS services (Redshift administration is a must).
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS services including Spectrum, S3, RDS, Glue, Lambda, Kinesis, and SQS.
  • •Proficiency in Python and SQL for data transformation and automation.
  • •Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation, plus CI/CD for data workflows (preferably GitLab CI).
