Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall branch operations and daily activities, including supervising branch personnel.
  • •Achieve sales goals by actively participating in selling and delivering financial services.
  • •Monitor productivity and progress toward performance goals and coordinate sales activities/promotions.
  • •Review daily transactions for compliance with rules and regulations, and handle auditing issues.
  • •Maintain custody/control procedures, ensure general ledger accounts and cash are balanced, and manage attendance/timecards/schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Four (4) years of work experience showing progressive responsibility, including management responsibilities.
  • •One (1) year banking or closely related financial services experience.
  • •Knowledge of bank operations and products, including personal banking/new account and supervisory experience (preferred).
  • •Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; knowledge of basic accounting and federal/state consumer compliance laws.
  • •Ability to review account information to assess client needs and recommend appropriate bank products.
