Branch Manager

Manage overall branch performance, including achieving sales goals and delivering financial services. Oversee daily operations, monitor productivity and transaction accuracy, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Lead customer service efforts by opening accounts, resolving service issues, and strengthening existing and new client relationships. Supervise branch personnel through scheduling, coaching, training, performance evaluations, and related personnel actions.
