Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate project activities across planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases to support successful delivery.
  • •Support project budgeting and scheduling by tracking project information and assisting Project Managers with reporting and updates.
  • •Contribute to project controls including risk tracking, progress reporting, forecasting, and documentation management.
  • •Facilitate subcontractor, supplier, purchase order, and invoicing activities to help projects run efficiently.
  • •Maintain project records and document control systems and assist Health & Safety initiatives with project-specific HSE documentation and tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in business administration, project management, engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
  • •Up to 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, consulting, engineering, construction, mining, environmental services, or similar environments.
  • •Foundational knowledge of project management principles and eagerness to develop project delivery expertise.
  • •Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Professional proficiency in English and French.
