Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and oversight for MEP/Building Services, utilities, and infrastructure design and implementation across sports projects.
  • •Develop and enforce MEP/Building Services design standards and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC).
  • •Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, clash-free MEP system designs.
  • •Manage MEP/Building Services contractor and supplier performance, ensuring quality installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • •Monitor project progress, troubleshoot on-site technical challenges, and deliver within budget across design, procurement, and construction phases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related).
  • •12+ years of relevant experience in MEP, utilities, and infrastructure design and management, ideally for large-scale sports or entertainment projects.
  • •Proven track record managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of local and international engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
  • •Experience with sustainable engineering practices and innovative technologies, plus familiarity with relevant design and analysis software tools.
