Key Responsibilities

•Direct and mentor a 70-engineer group across system, software and hardware disciplines within the Center of Engineering Competence.
•Drive state-of-the-art engineering practices and implement AI-in-engineering to boost competitiveness across Business Lines.
•Define and oversee the Core/Non-Core strategy for the Competence Center and manage Make-or-Buy decisions.
•Develop and monitor the annual innovation plans and budgets to sustain best-in-class practices and productivity.
•Collaborate closely with Business Lines' Competence Centers and the IT/DSI to ensure timely delivery and quality commitments while advancing cloud-based solutions and cybersecurity.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; Bac+5 (Masters) preferred
•Proven leadership of large engineering teams with successful outcomes on high-stakes projects
•Experience spanning system, software and hardware engineering disciplines
•Familiarity with IT/IS technologies and cloud migration approaches
•Ability to operate in an international environment and drive continuous improvement
