Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the procurement lifecycle for hardware, components, and operational equipment from sourcing and purchase orders to delivery.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records, asset tracking, and stock planning to ensure critical components are available.
  • •Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including customs/import/export documentation, taxes, duties, and logistics partners.
  • •Build supplier relationships, negotiate pricing where appropriate, and proactively follow up on orders and deliveries.
  • •Track procurement costs and transportation expenses, report vendor performance, and develop procurement, inventory, and logistics process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • •Experience managing international procurement and logistics in a fast-paced technology, manufacturing, hardware, or similar environment.
  • •Strong understanding of inventory management, supplier management, shipping processes, customs/import/export regulations, and cost tracking.
  • •Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • •Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering and Finance; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
