Key Responsibilities

•Grow production by leveraging existing K&K agents/brokers and by visiting regularly to update products
•Identify and target new agents/brokers in the East/Midwest region and introduce company products to them
•Secure submissions from agents/brokers and review them with the home office to underwriters
•Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals; present to clients and close new business
•Maintain relationships post-sale and participate in the renewal process while supporting special projects and product launches

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience
•Valid P&C license
