Job Summary

Lead the UGG China North region retail store management team to achieve revenue, fiscal plans, and brand objectives. Key Responsibilities

•Manage and develop the UGG China North region retail store management team to achieve revenue, fiscal plans, and brand objectives.
•Own accountability for the designated area’s store P&L, drive top-line growth, and contribute to operations capital and revenue strategies to maximize ROI.
•Coach Store Managers and Sales Associates to maximize sales and profits; monitor and improve poor/underperforming stores.
•Lead people development and succession planning, instill “the Deckers way” culture, and ensure recognitions and disciplines follow HR policies.
•Oversee store operations and customer service standards, including store presentation, inventory management, cost reduction, working capital improvement, and omni-channel capability build-up.
