Job Summary

Senior accounting leader overseeing Americas regional office finance, responsible for controllership, IFRS reporting, and financial transformation across 10+ business units. Drives automation, AI-enabled finance solutions, and data-driven processes to strengthen controls, accuracy, and timeliness of regional financial reporting while partnering with Global Group Accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and BU Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead accounting, controllership, and financial reporting activities for the Americas Regional Office
•Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with IFRS and corporate policies
•Coordinate financial reporting across 10+ business units and partner with regional leadership to ensure consistency of accounting treatment
•Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation technologies, and advanced analytics across accounting functions
•Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives to strengthen internal controls and reduce operational risk

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
•Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, preferred
•Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent professional accounting designation required
•12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including significant controllership, financial reporting, and accounting leadership responsibilities
•Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and developing high-performing teams
