Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform system-level and rack-level failure analysis across server and data center platforms to determine root cause and drive resolution.
  • •Debug complex hardware and firmware issues involving CPUs, GPUs, memory, PCIe, networking, power delivery, thermal systems, and firmware interactions.
  • •Analyze system logs, platform telemetry, BIOS, BMC, and diagnostic data to identify failure patterns and validate corrective actions.
  • •Reproduce failures in lab environments and use diagnostic tools/methodologies to validate fixes and improve platform reliability.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to investigate issues, develop documentation and SOPs, and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and scale knowledge.
