Job Summary

Investigate and resolve complex system-level issues on next-generation server and rack-scale platforms in data center environments. Perform system- and rack-level failure analysis, debug hardware and firmware problems across components like CPUs/GPUs, memory, PCIe, networking, power delivery, and thermal systems, and analyze logs and telemetry to isolate root causes. Reproduce failures in lab settings, partner cross-functionally to drive corrective actions, and improve reliability and manufacturing readiness through documentation and AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform system-level and rack-level failure analysis across server and data center platforms to determine root cause and drive resolution.
•Debug complex hardware and firmware issues involving CPUs, GPUs, memory, PCIe, networking, power delivery, thermal systems, and firmware interactions.
•Analyze system logs, platform telemetry, BIOS, BMC, and diagnostic data to identify failure patterns and validate corrective actions.
•Reproduce failures in lab environments and use diagnostic tools/methodologies to validate fixes and improve platform reliability.
•Partner cross-functionally to investigate issues, develop documentation and SOPs, and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve troubleshooting efficiency and scale knowledge.

Salary: USD 84,770 - 145,320 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience performing system-level, server-level, or rack-level troubleshooting and failure analysis.
•Background in hardware debugging, root cause analysis, and complex issue resolution.
•Familiarity with Linux-based environments, platform logs, and diagnostic workflows.
•Experience supporting server, data center, networking, storage, or enterprise hardware platforms.
•Exposure to BIOS, BMC, IPMI, firmware interactions, or platform management technologies.
