Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15+ years delivering land development projects for public and private sector clients.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and active P.Eng. designation in Alberta.
  • •Proven capability leading complex land development projects and multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • •Strong understanding of Alberta municipal processes, permitting pathways, and infrastructure standards; mountain-region exposure is an asset.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing water, sanitary, stormwater, and roadway systems; PMP certification is considered an asset.
