Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise AI platforms powered by LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent systems. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end development and deployment of ML and NLP solutions from problem definition through productionization.
•Design and implement feature engineering, model training, validation, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines, including model lifecycle management, explainability, fairness, and governance.
•Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade LLM and generative AI applications, including prompt engineering strategies, orchestration, evaluation, and fine-tuning workflows.
•Architect and implement scalable RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic retrieval, including ingestion, indexing, retrieval, ranking, and generation.
•Design and develop multi-agent AI architectures, including agent orchestration, communication patterns, tool integration, collaboration, memory management, reasoning, and execution frameworks.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of overall experience in software engineering and technology solutions.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing (NLP).
•2+ years designing and developing LLM-powered applications and generative AI solutions.
•1.5+ years building and deploying multi-agent AI systems in production environments.
•Proven track record delivering scalable AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms.
