Job Summary

Design, implement, and provide operational support for enterprise WAN, LAN, wireless, and secure connectivity solutions. Deliver complex network initiatives end-to-end with minimal supervision, producing low-level design documentation and ensuring capacity and performance meet business needs. Serve as third-level support for complex incidents with root cause analysis, remediation, and escalation coordination. Partner with Information Security to incorporate security/compliance requirements and improve network stability, reliability, and efficiency using automation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, plan, and implement enterprise WAN, LAN, wireless, and remote access network solutions aligned to approved architecture standards.
•Lead technical delivery of assigned network projects from detailed design through implementation and operational handoff.
•Create and maintain low-level network design documentation, including Visio diagrams, implementation plans, and support handover materials.
•Provide third-level technical support for complex network incidents, including root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
•Collaborate with Information Security to ensure security and compliance requirements are incorporated and implement secure networking principles like segmentation and secure remote access.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise network engineering.
•Expert-level knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
•Advanced understanding of Cisco routing and switching in large enterprise environments.
•Advanced knowledge of enterprise WAN, LAN, wireless, MPLS, and TCP/IP networking, including Cisco VPN networking.
