Job Summary

Serve as the application owner for Zurich’s Software Asset Management (SAM) technology and data solution, ensuring effective operations and continuous enhancement of the Flexera platform and in-house SAM data platforms. Deploy, customize, support, and improve SAM technology and data capabilities, contribute technical and data-driven insights to implement the SAM framework, and apply best practices across tools, data management, controls, reporting, and global rollouts. Collaborate with multiple IT and business stakeholders and leverage AI to reduce manual effort.

•Act as application owner for the Software Asset Management (SAM) technology and data solution, ensuring effective operation and ongoing enhancement.
•Deploy, customize, support, and improve SAM technology and data platforms as part of the responsible team.
•Support implementation of the SAM framework by providing technical and data-driven insights to internal and external customers.
•Apply industry best practices and share lessons learned in SAM tools and data management, including identifying optimization opportunities using AI.
•Maintain documentation and support global SAM standards, processes, controls, reporting, and performance/control metrics while tracking workload to meet deadlines.
