  • •Collect data and keep organized notes while meeting documentation deadlines without prompting.

  • •Implement behavior management and applied behavior analysis techniques under supervision.
  • •Accept and apply clinical supervision and feedback from the BCBA.
  • •Adapt to and consider how the child’s home environment shapes outcomes as part of the work.

Key Requirements

  • •Current RBT Certification (required).
  • •Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
  • •Can accept supervision and feedback as part of the craft.
  • •Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
  • •Experience working with children or individuals with special needs, or a background in special education/psychology (preferred/beneficial).
