Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the secondary-market revenue line across the region (Virtual), protecting and growing value through remarketing model standardisation and new revenue frameworks.
  • •Manage partner operations: run processes with buyers, manage service-provider performance, and ensure recovery rates meet commercial KPIs and quality standards.
  • •Develop and maintain market intelligence for European secondary markets, converting insights into pricing, channel, and partner decisions.
  • •Deploy revenue-generating GVI initiatives with subsidiaries and cross-functional teams, including Certified Renewed and new trade-in mechanics, tracking commercial return.
  • •Define and monitor program performance metrics and support the GVI planning cycle with analytical inputs and milestone planning.
