Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and tailor project-level BIM Execution Plans (BEP), naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE folder structures aligned to firmwide standards and client requirements.
  • •Oversee day-to-day BIM production and hold U.S. BIM staff and enterprise-capabilities partners accountable for quality, scope, and schedule; conduct QA reviews and model health scoring.
  • •Step in with hands-on production to correct/complete late or nonconforming model content across disciplines, including Revit modeling and smart-object templates.
  • •Run multidisciplinary model coordination (clash detection, issue triage, remediation tracking) and manage model lifecycle integration for 3D/4D/5D, including contractor/consultant submissions.
  • •Build and execute an automation roadmap using Dynamo and Revit API scripts, support digital handover and asset information management, and report BIM KPIs monthly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree + 6 years relevant BIM/digital delivery experience, or Associate’s degree + 8 years, or HS Diploma + 10 years (with 2+ years coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work).
  • •2+ years directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work, with experience establishing/enforcing BIM standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams (U.S. market/projects preferred).
  • •Strong hands-on Revit skills to step in and produce/correct model content across disciplines when needed to meet deadlines.
  • •Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D; strong knowledge of industry standards including NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, and ISO 19650 (including BEP authoring and model lifecycle management).
  • •Proven ability coordinating/offshore or enterprise-capabilities team work, performing QA on deliverables, and holding remote teams accountable to standards and schedule (automation with Dynamo/Revit API desired).
