Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner.
  • •Manage full-cycle recruiting while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • •Develop and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
  • •Conduct interviews, provide timely candidate updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
  • •Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes.

Salary: USD 70 - 80 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience across Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or broader G&A roles.
  • •Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
  • •Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
  • •Ability to manage compensation negotiations, including salary and equity.
  • •Proficiency using an ATS and maintaining detailed recruiting documentation, with strong organization and attention to detail.
