•Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable growth.
•Create and execute strategic account plans to identify new opportunities, expand product adoption, and increase market share.
•Map and engage key stakeholders within customer organizations, understanding their roles and decision-making processes.
•Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand customer challenges and align solutions that create measurable value.
•Present and differentiate Emerson’s solutions, clearly communicating benefits and outcomes tailored to customer needs.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in field sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
•Engineering background or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Experience working with customers in industrial sectors such as chemical, energy, refining, oil and gas, or related industries.
•Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
•Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Baltic region to meet customers.
