Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver facilities and general services across the school, driving a service culture and timely deployment of staff and resources.
  • •Maintain facilities to the highest standards (cleanliness, maintenance, safety) and ensure support service teams perform effectively.
  • •Oversee school accommodation requirements for staff, in line with Aldar Education housing policy and allowances.
  • •Ensure effective repairs and maintenance, including inspection of required repairs and appointing external service providers as needed.
  • •Monitor health, safety, safeguarding, and compliance; serve as designated incident commander and manage audits and contractor/supplier performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum diploma/degree of higher education or a graduate-level related industry qualification for the assigned functional area(s).
  • •Certificate of Facilities Management / NEBOSH or IOSH (preferable).
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in a mid-level position within an education or facilities service oriented industry.
  • •Fluent English communication skills (written and oral).
  • •Strong supervisory skills with organizational ability for self and others.
