Own execution of customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management by using a consultative sales process to perform Financial Needs Assessments and match customers with the right banker. Strengthen the financial center’s book of business and grow consumer and small business deposits, assets, and fee-based services while ensuring ethical conduct, risk accountability, and staffing needs are met.
