Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors, enforcing ingress/egress procedures.
  • •Monitor live cameras, review footage, and investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
  • •Run point at the gate using the Safe & Secure App (SAS App) and RFID tech; manage and document vehicle movement through inspection gates.
  • •Respond decisively in emergencies by following emergency protocols and using first-aid/CPR/AED training.
  • •Keep the site operational in any weather by identifying hazards, running safety audits, and executing snow and ice removal (plowing, shoveling, salting/brining, and post-storm support).

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years in a customer service environment.
