Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation, optimization, and day-to-day operations of enterprise infrastructure platforms across on-prem and cloud environments.
  • •Ensure high availability and reliability by resolving complex infrastructure incidents and performing RCA with preventive actions.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Security, Networking, Applications, DevOps) and provide regular status updates to management.
  • •Implement and operate hybrid cloud solutions with hands-on provisioning (including AWS services and landing zones) and infrastructure security controls.
  • •Drive automation and IaC (Terraform preferred), monitoring/observability, patch and vulnerability management, and disaster recovery resilience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • •6–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure with strong hands-on expertise.
  • •Proven experience managing enterprise environments across cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-prem infrastructure.
  • •Strong knowledge of virtualization, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and infrastructure security/compliance.
  • •Experience with automation/scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), with Terraform preferred.
