Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex Enterprise deployments end to end, implementing Dialpad products, features, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities.
  • •Own deployment projects by managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and customer deliverables across simultaneous implementations.
  • •Track project progress and project health using cloud-based project management tools, providing visibility to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Run customer meetings to establish expectations and accountability, proactively identify and resolve risks/blockers, and manage escalations and project changes.
  • •Deliver administrator training, coordinate integrations and device provisioning, troubleshoot complex implementation issues, and partner with solution architects to ensure successful adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,000 - 149,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience working with SaaS products and implementations.
  • •8+ years of project management experience, preferably in VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • •Proven experience leading complex, multi-phase Enterprise SaaS implementations for Fortune 1000 or similarly complex organizations.
  • •Strong project governance: managing scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • •Experience using Smartsheet (or similar) and working with tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Jira.
