Construction Project Manager

Own end-to-end construction project delivery as the owner’s representative—covering site selection and acquisition, entitlements and permitting, design coordination, budgeting and financial oversight, pre-construction planning, and closeout documentation. Coordinate stakeholders across municipalities and utilities, manage bid processes and vendor/consultant contracts, track cost and schedule against milestones, and stay hands-on on job sites while ensuring projects meet timelines, standards, and contract terms.
