Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product and process flow with plant operations and product engineering using MRP so new products move through the factory.
  • •Support on-time program deliverables through manufacturing process excellence.
  • •Create and maintain PFMEAs, routers, and work instruction process documents to achieve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 3 years of engineering or manufacturing engineering experience in an assembly manufacturing environment.
  • •Support manufacturing processes to meet internal and external quality specifications (Eaton Quality System, AS9100).
  • •All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.
  • •No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must currently reside within the immediate geographical area of 50 miles of Camarillo, CA.
