Key Responsibilities

  • •Create course materials, including PowerPoint, student handouts, exams, study materials, and instructor-led assessments.
  • •Own, create, and edit training Engineering Masters (EMs) for relevant electrical training courses.
  • •Partner with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging training content across delivery modes, including topics like safety cable/wire, fastener installation, high-pressure systems, and WARP software training.
  • •Lead electrical training modules in classroom and online formats and assess student performance through practical tests, projects, and written exams.
  • •Organize enrollments and attendance, develop process specifications and technology research, coordinate feedback for future modules, and manage special field assignments and vendor coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience as a technical/on-the-job trainer delivering hands-on, instructor-led technical courses.
  • •Journeyman or NCCER industrial license.
  • •3+ years of experience with electrical systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
