Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes into the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record aligned with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading and detailing vehicles, in indoor/outdoor conditions.

  • •Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires grasping/carrying/lifting/pushing/pulling items up to 50 lbs and frequent driving with excellent visual acuity.
