Key Responsibilities

  • •Build deep partnerships with leadership (especially across Engineering, Product, and Design) and serve as a conduit between stakeholders up to C-suite and the People Team.
  • •Advise on, create, and execute people strategies that drive the business forward.
  • •Consult on talent planning, org design, retention strategies, and change management.
  • •Apply systems thinking to evolve people programs and operating rhythms based on patterns and friction.
  • •Support and shape the 360 performance review process and coach managers through change with performance management and development plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience with at least 3+ years in Engineering and/or Product plus deep knowledge of HR functions including talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
  • •Deep ability to build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Strong learning velocity and ability to ramp quickly on new organizations, leaders, and evolving operating models.
  • •Solutions-oriented, analytical problem-solving approach with the ability to remain tactful and calm in all situations.
  • •Understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
