Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the Off Premise National Chains strategy to achieve long-term growth objectives across assigned customers and brands.
•Translate enterprise commercial priorities into customer-specific plans covering volume, revenue, profit, value share, and distribution growth.
•Build and maintain executive-level relationships with national chain customers, wholesalers, and distributor partners to improve distribution, visibility, and execution.
•Own delivery of volume, net sales, profitability, share, ROI, and KPI objectives, including forecasting, business reviews, and performance management.
•Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization, establishing objectives, operating routines, coaching future leaders, and championing standard ways of working and transformation initiatives.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 194,600 - 243,300 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
•15+ years of commercial, sales, or customer leadership experience, preferably in beverage alcohol, CPG, retail, or related industries.
•Demonstrated success leading large national account teams and delivering sustainable growth across complex customer portfolios.
•Proven experience owning significant P&L responsibility, budgets, forecasting, ROI, and performance management routines.
•Strong track record influencing executive-level customers and distributor leadership, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
