Key Responsibilities

•Lead the monthly demand planning cycle using IBP, ensuring timely and accurate forecasts at SKU, category, and channel levels.
•Facilitate the Demand Review step in IBP and partner with Supply Planning, Finance, and Marketing to align plans with targets and capabilities.
•Collaborate with Supply Planning to translate demand signals into production plans within Kinaxis and monitor production plans against inventory and service goals.
•Act as the key point of contact for Indonesia demand and supply planning, presenting forecast insights and risks/opportunities to senior leadership.
•Champion Kinaxis, SAP IBP, and other planning tools; support planning transformation projects; ensure data integrity; lead and develop the planning team.
