Key Responsibilities

•Drive profitable revenue growth with assigned retail/consumer clients.
•Develop and maintain strong senior relationships with assigned clients.
•Ensure quality of services delivered, adhering to NTT governance and commercial frameworks.
•Participate in delivery of client engagements and support new logo client activity.
•Manage and support career development of team members and manage team utilization to hit revenue and profitability targets.

Key Requirements

•Experience in the IT managed services and consultancy industry, including sale and delivery of outsourcing, systems integration, and consulting projects.
•Proven track record of growing business and managing relationships across the retail industry for a major IT services business.
•5+ years in a similar client-facing/business development role, building and nurturing complex stakeholder relationships at senior level.
•Consultative, customer-oriented approach with ability to present to executives, clients, technical peers, and non-technical professionals.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to facilitate and articulate client issues, with attention to detail for complex business and technical matters.
