Blend Operator

Operate mixers, pumping systems, high-speed mixers, and tinting equipment to produce compliant batches from start to finish. Follow process orders, monitor reactions, record batch data, and package finished products to quality standards. Support manufacturing readiness with daily inventory checks, perform line changeovers and equipment adjustments, and document mixing parameters accurately. Maintain safety and industrial housekeeping through active participation in the plant’s Sika SAFE program.
