Job Summary

Source and qualify leads for Boomi in the Commercial space by using the Hoffman methodology to engage target personas, run outbound campaigns, and convert prospects into sales-qualified opportunities. Partner closely with AEs and BDMs on account planning, follow inbound/outbound SLAs, and work toward monthly quotas while delivering a strong first impression of Boomi’s business application solutions. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the Hoffman methodology to start conversations with target personas about their integration needs and challenges and position Boomi’s value.
•Create, plan, and execute outbound campaigns from first touch through sales-qualified lead conversion for Commercial targets.
•Work closely with AEs, BDMs, and marketing on new account planning.
•Adhere to inbound/outbound lead SLAs and conversions.
•Partner with Account Executives to grow the opportunity pipeline and achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of corporate experience (outside of undergraduate graduation).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Fluency in written and verbal English.
•A Bachelor’s degree.
•Familiar and comfortable with AI tools.
