Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the landscaping team on daily tasks, covering absences and supporting equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • •Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance across multiple retail banking and main office facilities.
  • •Landscape by planting, trimming, and maintaining lawns, shrubs, bushes, and small trees; shovel snow and apply anti-skid as needed.
  • •Complete spring and fall cleanups, install hardscaping and related site furnishings, and perform exterior cleaning (e.g., pressure washing, gutter/roof drain debris removal).
  • •Respond to emergency and non-emergency service requests, prioritize work orders, and close out work orders via iPad or the CMMS system.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience, including zero-turn mower operation.
  • •Ability to travel using a company-sanctioned vehicle (e.g., box truck/pickup truck) as required.
  • •Ability to plan and prioritize daily responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
  • •Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and positive customer service experience.
  • •Intermediate or higher expertise using iPad and smart phones; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
