•Work with the landscaping team on daily tasks, covering absences and supporting equipment maintenance and repairs.
•Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance across multiple retail banking and main office facilities.
•Landscape by planting, trimming, and maintaining lawns, shrubs, bushes, and small trees; shovel snow and apply anti-skid as needed.
•Complete spring and fall cleanups, install hardscaping and related site furnishings, and perform exterior cleaning (e.g., pressure washing, gutter/roof drain debris removal).
•Respond to emergency and non-emergency service requests, prioritize work orders, and close out work orders via iPad or the CMMS system.

Salary: USD 21.5 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience, including zero-turn mower operation.
•Ability to travel using a company-sanctioned vehicle (e.g., box truck/pickup truck) as required.
•Ability to plan and prioritize daily responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
•Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and positive customer service experience.
•Intermediate or higher expertise using iPad and smart phones; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
