Job Summary

Lead service delivery for clients using Dynamics ERP F&O within a Shared Services Delivery Team. Act as the primary liaison, monitor delivery performance, troubleshoot and coordinate rapid resolutions to maximize uptime and user experience, and provide service delivery reports with actionable insights. Drive operational excellence by maintaining long-term partnerships, advocating client feedback within Avanade, supporting governance for the managed service portfolio, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, proactively overseeing their IT needs and client relationships.
•Monitor service delivery, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate rapid resolution to maximize uptime and user experience.
•Provide regular service delivery reports covering system health, service metrics, and actionable insights.
•Grow revenue by identifying upselling and cross-sell opportunities.
•Follow delivery management and governance guidelines for the managed service portfolio.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in client success or account management within an MSP or IT services environment.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
•Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities related to IT solutions and service delivery.
•Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for technology and client satisfaction.
•Australian citizen.
