Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and bake breads following recipes and production schedules, including labeling and maintaining hygiene/safety standards.
  • •Cut, trim, and prepare meat cuts to customer specifications with accurate portioning and labeling, while rotating stock and maintaining hygiene/safety.
  • •Clean, cut, fillet, and prepare seafood to customer specifications; ensure quality, portion accuracy, labeling, and proper disposal of expired items.
  • •Support kitchen production by assisting chefs with food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen organization, hygiene, and food safety.
  • •Handle receiving and/or cashiering tasks—scanning barcodes, checking quantity/quality/expiry, documenting shortages/returns, or processing customer transactions while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness.
