•Take end-to-end ownership of features and services from design through deployment and lifecycle support.

•Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery processes; support production systems and incident resolution.
•Mentor engineers and influence team/org engineering best practices through design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
•5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree experience).
•Proven ability to independently deliver production-quality software in a complex, enterprise environment.
•Experience working on highly available, infrastructure-focused systems.
•Prior experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead on projects.
