Job Summary

Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join the Finance Technology team, focusing on optimizing and administering NetSuite and OneStream. Partner with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury and IT to drive automation, data governance, and cross-functional process improvements, supporting month-end close and system enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Administer and maintain core financial systems, primarily NetSuite and OneStream
•Manage workflows, hierarchies, metadata, integrations, and system configurations
•Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and external partners
•Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes through system monitoring and issue resolution
•Develop and support customizations including SuiteScript, saved searches, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and transformation logic

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
•4–7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, finance transformation, or business systems analysis
•Hands-on experience administering and optimizing NetSuite
•Experience with OneStream or other CPM/EPM platforms
•Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes including close, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and revenue recognition
