Key Responsibilities

•Drive the health of flagship product lines, balancing operational stability, efficiency, and new capabilities while owning KPIs like SLA performance, retention, and per-account margins.
•Expand jurisdictional coverage and launch adjacent compliance products across the business lifecycle, optimizing distribution through an embedded partner network.
•Scope pre-deployment workflows, perform prompt/policy engineering, run offline evaluations, orchestrate safe rollouts, and establish continuous improvement loops post-deployment.
•Write clear, buildable specs, run sprints with engineering, and ship on a fast, iterative cadence.
•Serve as the central node connecting Operations, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Go-to-Market to align roadmap execution and partner distribution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7+ years of product management, technical consulting, or operational leadership experience building and deploying enterprise products and complex workflow systems.
•Experience managing B2B SaaS solutions delivered through API integrations or within embedded partnership ecosystems.
•Track record scaling and stabilizing profitable solutions beyond initial launch, improving operational efficiency and product margins.
•Proven ability owning mature, revenue-generating product lines while balancing reliability and strategic expansion features.
•Systems-thinking operator who tracks KPIs (task completion rates, cost-per-action, human-in-the-loop intervention rates) and maintains strict SLA adherence.
