Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the health of flagship product lines, balancing operational stability, efficiency, and new capabilities while owning KPIs like SLA performance, retention, and per-account margins.
  • •Expand jurisdictional coverage and launch adjacent compliance products across the business lifecycle, optimizing distribution through an embedded partner network.
  • •Scope pre-deployment workflows, perform prompt/policy engineering, run offline evaluations, orchestrate safe rollouts, and establish continuous improvement loops post-deployment.
  • •Write clear, buildable specs, run sprints with engineering, and ship on a fast, iterative cadence.
  • •Serve as the central node connecting Operations, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Go-to-Market to align roadmap execution and partner distribution.
