  • •Set product vision and strategy for the ClearPar portfolio, linking roadmaps and delivery to platform direction and business outcomes.

  • •Build, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap, securing alignment and buy-in from senior leaders and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in broadly syndicated loans and/or private credit, with strong knowledge of loan operations and post-trade workflows.
  • •7+ years of product management (or closely related product leadership), ideally in financial technology, post-trade, or workflow automation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, clearly communicate product vision, and connect delivery priorities to business objectives and market trends.
  • •Track record delivering product enhancements from concept to launch, including post-launch measurement, iteration, and continuous improvement.
