Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring expertise on long-term operations and supporting systems trends, initiatives (e.g., SESAR, NextGen), and supplier roadmaps.
  • •Participate in international ATM events to understand ATM stakeholders (ANSPs, regulators, agencies) and areas of innovation.
  • •Support the squads by assessing future ATM trends and use cases and developing ATM concept of operations.
  • •Create, develop, and continuously groom ATC user stories so they are clear, feasible, and testable.
  • •Provide ATM awareness training, support operational workshops, and validate operational benefits of AIR Lab use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of ANSP and ATMS technical deployment environments.
  • •Experience with software development, testing and validation platforms for ATM, including real-time and/or safety-critical systems.
  • •Previous experience working in Agile teams with a demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and practices.
  • •ATM training experience and knowledge of instructor needs, including ATM system definition, development, testing, and acceptance experience (10 years appreciated but not necessary).
  • •Learning agility and ability to work in a team to resolve complex problems and optimize/simplify solutions.
